Cleaning Supervisor

$21/hr + Bonuses | 30–40 Hrs a week

All I Do Is Junk & Co. is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Field Cleaning Supervisor to help lead our residential and Airbnb cleaning operations throughout Metro Detroit.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys cleaning, training others, ensuring quality, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and support cleaning team members.
• Inspect completed cleanings to ensure quality standards.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and assist teams when needed.
• Handle cleaning concerns, callbacks, and last-minute coverage.
• Help coordinate supplies, linens, and daily field operations.
• Communicate with management and document inspections using our company app.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $21/hour (W-2).
• Potential increase to $22/hour after 120 days, based on performance.
• Approximately 30–40 hours weekly.
• Paid hands-on training.
• 3 paid vacation days after 120 days.
• Paid sick time in accordance with Michigan law.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license when driving is required.
• Ability and willingness to perform hands-on cleaning.
• Weekend availability required.
