Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory skills and relevant experience in the FM/cleaning sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cleaning / Facilities Management
• GCC experience preferred
• Minimum +2 or equivalent qualification
• Valid Oman Driving License
• Good team management and communication skills
• Ability to supervise cleaning staff and maintain service quality
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards and workplace hygiene

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations
• Manage and allocate cleaning staff effectively
• Ensure cleaning standards and client requirements are maintained
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
• Monitor cleaning materials and equipment
• Report issues and coordinate with the management team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
