Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team to ensure efficient operations
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members to uphold quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage
