Cleaning Team Lead

Overview

As the Cleaning Team Lead - Operations Office at Mrs. Spotless Cleaning Co., you’ll help keep daily cleaning jobs organized and on track. You’ll book jobs, coordinate cleaners and job-site assignments, prepare supplies and equipment, and follow up on completed work orders. You’ll also organize job records for payroll and help manage invoices and expenses.

Your work helps cleaners arrive prepared, clients receive reliable service, and the office run smoothly.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. (full time also available)
Location: 3116 N. Front Street, Philadelphia, PA 19133
Pay: $13 per hour

Responsibilities

• Book cleaning jobs and coordinate schedules with clients and cleaners.
• Assign cleaners to job sites and communicate job details and priorities.
• Track work orders and follow up to ensure completed jobs are documented.
• Organize completed-job records and payment information for payroll.
• Order cleaning supplies, work shirts, and safety equipment.
• Ensure supplies or tools that Mrs. Spotless is responsible for bringing are at the job site or ready for pickup at the office before the job.
• Handle invoices and organize and track business expenses.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfortable using email and basic computer or office software.
• Scheduling, office coordination, customer service, or cleaning-industry experience is helpful.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
