We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Members to join our professional cleaning team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. This position is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our company's reputation for excellence.

PTO after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different job sites between Midland and Odessa, Texas for residential and commercial cleaning tasks
• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow specific cleaning protocols to meet client expectations and safety standards
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety procedures
• Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining attention to detail

Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
