About the Role

• Solo model mainly (with support team environment).
• Customer service base mindset - reliable and consistent.
• Paced and detailed focused.
• Self focused - we do not micromanage.
• Travel between jobs.
• Clear expectations, strong communication, and the tools you need to succeed.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable with bending, lifting, and repetitive movement

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clean background (drug test may be required)
• Reliable, insured vehicle + valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with data
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with a TEAM mindset
• Availability: Monday–Friday 8:30-4:30.

Pay & Benefits

• Training: $18/hr (up to 2 weeks)
• Ongoing pay: 40+%
• (Average $22–$26+ per hour, based on performance and time with the company)
• Paid time off after 90 days
• Tips strongly encouraged.
