Location:

Orangeburg, SC + Surrounding Areas (within 30-40 miles and adding more locations)

Positions Available:

We’re hiring 10-20 Cleaning Techs ASAP ASAP across all 3 shifts, plus 10-15 On-Call/Floaters to build a strong, reliable team.!

(EVERYONE WILL START AT A BASE SET AMOUNT FOR THEIR PROBATIONARY PERIOD AND THE PAY WILL INCREASE AS YOUR PERFORMANCE, DEDICATION, DRIVE AND AMBITION INCREASE TO SHOW HARDWORK AND YOUR SERIOUS ABOUT MAKING MORE MONEY.!! WE ARE LOOKING FOR HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO WANT TO PUSH TO MAKE MORE AND GROW WITH THE COMPANY.! WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOLID, STRONG, RELIABLE- GO GETTING TEAM.!)

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Residential Cleaning)

Afternoon Shift: 11:00 AM – 3:30/5:00 PM (Airbnb Cleaning and some Commercial Cleaning)

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Commercial Cleaning usually nights depending on client)

On-Call / Floaters Needed:

Flexible team members who can work any shift, any day — just let us know your availability at the start of each week (every Sunday) and keep your schedule up-to-date with management. (Through the communication/schedule app we use.!)

Day Porters: For Commercial Cleaning to do daily quick clean/checks on certain commercial buildings we service. This entails quick clean of bathrooms, high traffic areas, to make sure trash is NOT overflowing, quick restock of essential items, quick sanitation of high touch points and simple things the client wants.!

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year Cleaning Experience.!!
• Reliable Transportation.****
• Must have your own basic Cleaning Supplies.!
• Must have/get your own General Liability Insurance.!
• Willingness to work Independently or on a Team. Fast with Attention to Detail.!
• Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic. Hardworking, Dedicated and a Trusting Go-Getter.!

Hours:

Minimum 20 hours/week. (if less please let us know and we can figure something out for the right person- if less then 20 hrs please have set days each week that you can work) Average 30+ hours, with potential for more based on your availability and drive. This is Part/Time, Full/Time, Seasonal etc Many different options and schedules.

Pay:

****Competitive Pay**** — Based on Experience and discussed during the hiring process. STARTING PAY IS $15 but can be $18 for the right person (required to have ALL of your own cleaning supplies that are needed to complete the jobs.! IF we provide all the cleaning supplies needed then the rate of pay will be less but can increase) THE 1ST PAY INCREASE 30-45 DAYS BASED OFF WORK PERFORMANCE.! PAY INCREASES HAPPEN MORE THEN OTHER PLACES AND IS ALL BASED OFF YOUR EAGERNESS TO MAKE IT HAPPEN AND WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY.! AGAIN IT IS $15 ($18) TO START AND GOES UP PLUS THE BONUSES.!! SO YOU COULD ESSENTIALLY MAKE ANYWHERE FROM $30-$50 PLUS FROM THE BONUSES and Tips ALSO.!! POSSIBLE MORE IT'S UP TO EACH INDIVIDUAL.!!

We will be hiring each for Residential, Airbnb and Commercial side= Team Leaders, Quality Control Specialist, Night Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Jr Assistant, Sales, Customer Service Rep and Marketing Assistant.!! So the pay range above is added for those positions also start $22 and UP.!!

We will also need more Carpet Cleaning Techs, Floor Maintenance Techs and those who aren't affraid of heights for the Window washing.!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
