Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning technicians to ensure high-quality cleaning and sanitation standards are consistently achieved.
• Assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and accountability.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation protocols.
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and equipment operation to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Oversee the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory management.
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or industrial sanitation with a strong understanding of cleaning & sanitation management practices.
• Demonstrated staff supervision or team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, janitorial services, and facility maintenance.
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor performance and manage supplies efficiently.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address client concerns professionally.
• Leadership qualities that motivate teams, promote safety awareness, and uphold high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
