Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals. Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly in designated containers
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow all safety protocols and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times during interactions with clients and staff

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate-not required to have experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at various job sites. Valid drivers license
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety procedures
• Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Zelle account to receive payment . Friday is payday . Weekly pay.
