Cleaning Technician

Gillette Cleaning Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team.

We provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, and specialty cleaning services throughout the Gillette area. Our schedule varies based on customer needs, so we're looking for someone who has open and flexible availability and enjoys a job where every day isn't exactly the same.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Cleaning Technician, you will work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality cleaning services for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Residential and commercial cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Following company and property-specific cleaning checklists
• Using cleaning products and equipment properly
• Completing a final quality check before leaving each property
• Securing customer homes and commercial properties when finished
• Communicating with management regarding completed jobs or any issues

Schedule

This position averages approximately 15–20 hours per week, but hours may vary depending on our cleaning schedule.

Applicants must have open/flexible availability.

Our cleaning schedule may include:

• Weekdays
• Daytime hours
• Evenings
• Weekends as needed
• Occasional short-notice move-out or specialty cleans

This is not a Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 position. The ideal candidate is someone who wants part-time work and has the flexibility to work when cleaning jobs are scheduled.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be willing and able to pass a background check
• Have open and flexible availability
• Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled jobs
• Be comfortable working independently
• Be able to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists
• Have good attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with management and team members
• Be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, vacuuming, and mopping

Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn our cleaning standards.

Pay & Opportunity

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

This position currently averages approximately 15–20 hours per week. Additional hours may become available based on performance, availability, and company needs.
