Residential Cleaning Technician
Full-Time | $16–$18/hr based on performance level

Tired of a schedule that eats your evenings and your Saturdays? At Green Cleanville, you'll work Monday–Friday, must be available 8:00-6:00pm and then your time is YOURS. No late calls, no weekend "emergency" cleans, no holiday shifts. We built this job so you can actually have a life outside of it.

What you'll do
Clean residential homes across the Upstate as a part of a cleaning team, following our proven checklist system for each home. You'll learn our cleaning method!

You don't have to wait a year to see if you're eligble for a "$0.50 raise". You can start making more the second you finish your trial period!

Pay: $16–$18/hour, based on your level

You move up as you master our speed and quality standards — there are no random raises, it's earned through training and performance.

What we need from you

• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (non-negotiable — no part-time)
• Valid Driver License NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Reliable transportation to the office
• Ability to be on your feet, lifting, bending, and cleaning for a full shift
• A team player who takes pride in doing the job right, not just fast
• Must pass a background check (we're in people's homes — trust matters)
