Cleaning Technician

Overview

Stefany's Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning services throughout Northwest Indiana.

Service Area

Our clients are located Northwest Indiana, including Crown Point, Dyer, St. John, Munster, HIghland, Schererville, Merrillville as well as some nearby Illinois communities. Daily locations will vary based on schedule and availability.

This position requires reliable transportation between client locations.

What you'll do

• Clean and maintain residential homes, Short term rental properties and commercial spaces
• Follow company cleaning standards and checklists
• Pay attention to detail and complete work efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Care for company supplies and equipment
• Work independently and part of a team
• Take photos when required for quality control

• Comfortable working in different types of properties
• Reliable transportation between client locations
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of cleaning, including standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting company equipment and supplies
• Previous experience a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
