Cleaning Technician

Schedule & Hours

• Work Days: Monday through Friday
• Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekends: None! (Enjoy your weekends off)
• Overtime: Occasional overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Residential & Commercial Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and deep-clean living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and workstations according to company checklists.
• Execute Specialty Cleans: Complete move-in/move-out cleanings, post-construction cleanups, and custom deep-clean requests as assigned.
• Ensure Quality Control: Inspect finished spaces to ensure all client expectations and company standards are fully met prior to leaving the job site.
• Maintain Safety & Equipment: Safely handle and mix cleaning solutions, operate equipment properly, and strictly adhere to safety guidelines and chemical protocols.
• Support Client Experience & Communication: Interact professionally with clients on-site and report any job status updates, unique requests, or feedback to team leads.
• Manage Supplies & Reporting: Track job-site inventory, report low supplies promptly, and notify management of any property damage or safety hazards.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance (required to travel between job sites throughout the day).
• Must pass a background check.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks, including bending, lifting up to 25–30 lbs, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality cleanliness standards.
• Ability to handle cleaning products safely and responsibly.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
