Cleaning Technician

FLOOR, CARPET & WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Location: Lancaster, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team. The position involves maintaining floors, carpets, windows, and other areas in commercial facilities. Even though we primarily need 1st shift, we have optional nighttime or weekend hours available.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain different types of flooring.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors.
• Perform floor stripping and waxing as needed.
• Clean interior and exterior windows and glass surfaces.
• Remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
• Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance while working.

Qualifications:

• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting 50lbs, and moving cleaning equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Must be willing to take a background check
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required!

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
