Overview

We are a family-run cleaning business based in Exmouth, providing a wide range of cleaning services across East Devon. Our work includes domestic homes, holiday lets, commercial properties, and specialist cleaning services.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaning technician to join our friendly team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working across different types of properties and helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants to be part of a growing local business.

Duties

Your duties will include:

• Domestic house cleaning
• Holiday let changeover cleans
• Commercial cleaning (offices and business premises)
• Deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning
• Following cleaning checklists and maintaining high standards
• Working independently or as part of a small team

There may also be opportunities to assist with specialist cleaning work (such as environmental or biohazard cleaning) after appropriate training for those interested.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Has a strong eye for detail
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Is physically able to carry out cleaning tasks
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential as training can be provided
• Has a positive attitude and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
