About the Role: Cleaning Technician (a.k.a. Chief Sparkle Engineer)

We clean office buildings, restrooms, and lobbies in Starkville, MS during the evening hours — when the roads are clear, the world is quieter, and you can just get in your groove with a mop and a mission.

This job is perfect for people who:

What You’ll Do

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces like a true Clean Ninja
• Step up to help lead team meetings, conduct interviews, train new hires, and flex those leadership muscles (biceps optional, ambition required)
• Maybe bust a move while sweeping — we support spontaneous dancing
• Bring your A-game attitude, every shift
