Cleaning Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This will start as a part time position (25-30 hrs/wk), with a strong potential for full time and growth opportunity.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any maintenance needs or safety concerns.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a verifiable cleaning role with experience in Residential and Commercial cleaning.
• Experience with cleaning short term / mid term rentals preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility in working hours; availability for shifts during weekdays or weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
