Apreas Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Madison area.

This is a part-time, as-needed position with the opportunity for additional hours and increased pay based on performance, reliability, experience, and growth with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces
• Clean baseboards, doors, fixtures, cabinets, and other detailed areas
• Complete deep cleans, standard cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and turnover cleanings
• Follow Apreas Cleaning Service cleaning standards and checklists
• Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Properly use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
• Communicate professionally with clients and management
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing Apreas
• Protect clients’ property and maintain confidentiality
• Report any damage, concerns, or missing supplies immediately

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures
• Positive attitude and professional communication
• Comfortable working in homes and businesses
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation to job locations
• Must be willing to undergo a background check

Schedule

Part-time / As Needed

• Up to approximately 20 hours per week
• Hours may vary depending on client bookings
• Availability during weekdays is preferred
• Occasional mornings, evenings, or weekends may be available

Pay

Starting at $17/hour during the training/probationary period.

Pay may increase based on:

• Cleaning experience
• Quality of work
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work independently
• Consistency and overall performance

Opportunities for additional hours and advancement are available for the right person.
