A Polished Home provides luxury cleaning, organizing, and moves across Boise and the Treasure Valley, using premium products and professional-grade equipment. The Role

As a Cleaning Technician, you'll care for some of the finest homes in the Treasure Valley, including recurring Client homes, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleans, and new custom-built homes. You'll work alongside a Team Lead, follow our cleaning standards, and take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.

What You'll Do

• Clean homes thoroughly and carefully using our premium products, professional-grade equipment, and the techniques we train you on
• Match the right product and method to each surface, including natural stone, hardwood, specialty fixtures, and fine finishes
• Follow A Polished Home SOPs and checklists so every clean meets the same standard
• Treat each Client's home and belongings with respect, care, and discretion
• Keep the Team Lead informed of anything unusual, such as damage, a supply need, or a Client request
• Help keep equipment and supply kits clean, organized, and ready for the next home

• You work well on a Team and are open to feedback and training
• Cleaning experience is a plus; residential, hospitality, or luxury experience especially. We'll train the right person
