Lead Cleaners / Solo Cleaners/ Field Supervisors

Residential and Commercial Cleaning Company Servicing the Merrimack Valley Area.

This is NOT a basic cleaning job. We’re looking for someone who can work independently as well as lead jobs, train new hires, and take pride in delivering top-quality work. Pay & Perks: $20-$25/hour starting pay. Weekly performance bonuses ($50–$150/week). Training bonuses for helping new hires succeed. Tips + opportunities for raises within 60–90 days. Consistent, year-round work (no scrambling for hours). Top performers can earn $1,000+/week

What You’ll Do: Work independently or lead residential cleaning jobs (deep cleans, maintenance cleans). Train and support new team members on-site. Ensure quality standards are met on every job. Communicate with the team and flag any issues early. Help create a smooth, positive experience for clients

What We’re Looking For: Cleaning experience (residential preferred). Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss). Reliable and on time—no exceptions. Comfortable leading others and giving direction. Positive attitude and takes ownership of their work

This is NOT for you if: You show up late or call out often. You don’t like being responsible for others. You rush through jobs just to finish faster. You don’t take feedback well

Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility). Daytime hours with nighttime hours available.
