Commercial Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Multiple Sites

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: Approximately 6 -18 hours per week (2 hours per visit)

Job Overview

Class 1 Cleaning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to provide professional cleaning services at commercial facilities. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, maintain high cleaning standards, and can work independently.

This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time supplemental income with a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial facilities according to company standards.
• Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns or facility issues to management.
• Ensure assigned areas are clean, safe, and presentable.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout each shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
