Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is an AFTER-HOURS, PART-TIME position servicing a government facility.

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday.

After hours :(2-3 hours) daily during the time frame of 6:30pm- 12 midnight for Tuesday to Friday. Saturday cleaning time frame 12 noon until 12 midnight.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at the Covington facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to work TUESDAY through FRIDAY in the EVENING after 6:30 PM, SATURDAY after 12 NOON
• Must PASS a criminal background check
• Willingness to work under Live 24/7 Camera Survelliance
• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for positions that involve travel between locations.

Compensation

Payments will be made on a MONTHLY basis.
