Professional House Cleaner: $20–$23/hr + Tips and Bonuses

My Cleaning Lady is hiring reliable, detail-oriented house cleaners to join our growing team!

We are a growing residential cleaning company that takes pride in providing a high-quality, professional, luxury-level cleaning experience for our clients. We are looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and wants a stable position with opportunities to grow.

We have established systems, checklists, and quality standards that every team member is expected to follow.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes according to company standards and checklists
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
• Dust, polish, clean glass/mirrors, and mop/vacuum floors
• Make beds and provide professional finishing touches such as folding towels
• Follow specific cleaning procedures and use products/tools correctly
• Take required before-and-after photos
• Communicate professionally with clients and the team
• Arrive on time and be prepared for every scheduled shift
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear your company uniform
• Work efficiently while maintaining our quality standards
• Follow all company procedures consistently, even when working independently

Prior professional cleaning experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Compensation

$20–$23/hour, depending on experience and performance.
