Route Technician –

Tuesday–Saturday | Full-time | $18–$24/hr + weekly bonuses + 100% of tips

Do you like working outdoors, running your own day, and seeing the results of your work?

The CanMan is hiring a Route Manager. You'll drive a custom-built can cleaning truck on a set route and clean and sanitize trash and recycling cans at customers' homes. It's hands-on, independent work with a clear path to raises.

Pay, and how it goes up

Raises are earned by hitting standards you'll know from day one. No asking, no guessing.

• Training: $18/hr
• Route Manager (certified, about Day 5): $20/hr
• 30 days: $21/hr
• Pro Route Manager (90 days): $22/hr
• Senior Route Manager (6 months): $24/hr
• From there: Trainer, then Service Manager ($75k+)

On top of hourly:

• Safe driving bonus: $25/week when you score 95+ on our driving scorecard
• $5 for every 5-star Google review from a customer on your route
• 100% of digital tips go to you

What you'll do

• Drive a set route Tuesday–Saturday
• Clean and sanitize trash and recycling cans using our truck-mounted equipment
• Take an after photo and log quick service notes in our app at each stop
• Be friendly and professional with customers when you see them
• Keep your truck and equipment clean and in good shape

Who does well here

• You like working alone and don't need someone looking over your shoulder

• You can handle Texas heat, cold, and rain
• You can lift and move full-size trash cans all day

Requirements

• 21 or older (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug test
