Cleaning Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across designated facilities to ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment. The position is a permanent, paid role with scheduled shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 pm. Payday is saturday.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cleaning operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5 pm, plus paid Saturdays.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
