Pacific Island Cleaning provides a wide variety of cleaning services including office cleaning, floor-care cleaning, stripping and waxing, pressure washing cleaning, window cleaning/washing, post-construction cleaning, and special event cleaning.

At Pacific Island Cleaning, we do not hire for skills, we hire people with good hearts and good character. We believe most people we hire already know how to clean, so we look for people who are coachable, and can vibe with our mission and vision. We’re looking for people who are compassionate for helping take care of our island home and value hard work.

We are growing rapidly, so be ready for promotions quick! We like to promote within and bless our company ohana before we seek outside talent. We are looking to fill supervisor and managerial roles within the next 2 months!

WHAT JOBS ARE OPEN CURRENTLY

FULL-TIME

Typical work week for FT employee is between 30-40 hours, with occasional overtime. Flexible scheduling. Benefits include Health/Dental insurance, PTO after 1year of employment, birthdays off. No prior knowledge or experience needed, we provide all training & equipment.

PART-TIME

Typical work week for PT employee is between 12-20 hours, with occasional overtime. Flexible scheduling. No prior knowledge or experience needed, we provide all training & equipment.

ON-CALL

Typical work week for ON-CALL employee is between 10-15 hours, with occasional overtime. Flexible scheduling. No prior knowledge or experience needed, we provide all training & equipment.

PAY

• $20-25 Hourly + Incentive Pay
• Quarterly Incentive Bonuses
