Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tyler-Longview is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician.

No industry experience is required. We will train the right person. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with a growing company.

What You'll Do

• Assist with carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air duct, and other professional cleaning services
• Load, unload, set up, and clean equipment
• Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial jobs
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
• Learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and job procedures
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• As you develop your skills, begin performing cleaning jobs more independently
• Assist with restoration projects as needed

• In possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record

Experience in cleaning, construction, restoration, maintenance, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required .

Pay & Growth

$13–$14 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to grow. Someone who proves dependable, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work can develop into a Cleaning Technician or Lead Technician and take on additional responsibilities within our cleaning and restoration operation.

Location: Tyler, TX and surrounding East Texas communities
