Cleaning Technician – Flexible Field Position

Eco-Cleanology is expanding its cleaning services throughout Brazoria and Galveston Counties and is hiring dependable Cleaning Technicians for part-time field assignments.

Our technicians may work in residential homes, apartment communities, leasing offices, move-in/move-out units, offices, and other commercial properties.

Because client locations can vary, this position is especially well suited for someone who has reliable transportation, enjoys working in different environments, and is comfortable traveling within the local service area.

Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning homes, apartments, offices, and commercial properties
• Performing routine maintenance cleans and detailed cleaning services
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces and accessible appliance exteriors
• Disinfecting high-touch areas
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Following Eco-Cleanology cleaning procedures and checklists
• Maintaining professional conduct at all client properties
• Communicating with the team regarding scheduling and assigned work

Schedule

This position offers flexible part-time scheduling based on scheduled client work.

• Most assignments take place Monday through Friday during daytime hours
• Some afternoon and evening commercial assignments may be available
• Weekly hours may vary
• Technicians provide availability in advance
• Recurring weekly assignments may become available
• Additional hours may be offered as our client base grows

You do not need to be available every weekday, but dependable communication and availability are important.

• Professional with customers, residents, and property staff
• Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures
• Comfortable working independently when needed
• Able to perform physical cleaning work throughout a shift
• Able to travel reliably between assigned locations

Reliable transportation is required.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.
