What You'll Do

• Clean homes, apartments, offices, and other commercial properties.
• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning.
• Provide carpet cleaning services.
• Complete recurring commercial cleaning and janitorial jobs.
• Travel to client locations and deliver quality, detail-oriented work.
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent Cleaning Space positively.

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive commission pay: Earn 35% of each job you clean, averaging $20–$25 per hour.

• Fuel reimbursement: Eligible mileage between client jobs on the same day is reimbursed.

Hours depend on available customer accounts and scheduled jobs, so weekly hours may vary.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• The ability and willingness to complete a criminal background check.
• Comfort working in environments with cats and dogs.
• Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• The ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and carry up to 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required! We welcome applicants with experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, offices, carpet cleaning, or move-in/move-out cleaning. Spanish language skills, attention to detail, reliability, and good communication are also valued.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a hands-on role that involves traveling to different customer locations throughout the Lehigh Valley. You'll receive job details ahead of time and have flexibility to choose which available workdays you accept.

We are a growing local business, and this position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work with the potential for additional hours as the company grows.
