Cleaning Trainer (Based in Myanmar)

Domestic Helper Cleaning Trainer

We are looking for a Cleaning Trainer to work at our domestic helper training centre in Myanmar, training and preparing candidates for employment in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical household cleaning training at the training centre
• Teach proper cleaning methods for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other household areas
• Train candidates on laundry, ironing and proper handling of household items
• Teach the correct use of cleaning products, tools and equipment
• Demonstrate proper hygiene, safety and organization
• Observe candidates during practical training and correct mistakes
• Provide additional coaching to candidates who require improvement
• Assess candidates' cleaning skills and provide honest feedback
• Maintain proper training standards and keep the training area clean and organized

Requirements

• Experience as a house cleaner, domestic helper or in a similar household cleaning role
• Good knowledge of household cleaning methods and hygiene
• Able to communicate in English for training and work-related communication
• Able to communicate in Burmese with local candidates
• Patient and able to teach and demonstrate tasks clearly
• Responsible and able to maintain proper training standards
• Training experience will be an advantage but is not required

Salary: To be discussed based on experience and suitability.
