WE’RE HIRING – CLEANER & PROPERTY SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable and responsible person to support our flat and room rental business.

Salary: AED 1,500 per month

Accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities:

* Clean washrooms, bathrooms, rooms, corridors, and common areas.

* Wash and clean company vehicles as required.

* Carry out basic plumbing, AC filter cleaning, and minor maintenance.

* Keep properties clean and well maintained, and report repair needs promptly.

* Collect rent from tenants, maintain accurate payment records, and deposit collections into the company’s bank account as instructed.

Requirements:

* Must have own valid UAE visa.

* A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

* Previous cleaning experience.

* Basic knowledge of plumbing and general maintenance.

* Honest, punctual, and responsible when handling money.

* Polite and professional when dealing with tenants.

مطلوب موظف نظافة ومساعد لخدمات العقارات

نبحث عن شخص أمين ومسؤول للعمل في نشاط تأجير الشقق والغرف.

الراتب: 1,500 درهم شهرياً

السكن متوفر

المهام الرئيسية:

* تنظيف دورات المياه والحمامات والغرف والممرات والمناطق المشتركة.

* غسل وتنظيف سيارات الشركة حسب الحاجة.

* تنفيذ أعمال السباكة البسيطة وتنظيف فلاتر المكيفات وأعمال الصيانة البسيطة.

* المحافظة على نظافة العقارات وصيانتها، والإبلاغ عن الأعطال التي تحتاج إلى إصلاح.

* تحصيل الإيجارات من المستأجرين، وتسجيل المدفوعات بدقة، وإيداع المبالغ في الحساب البنكي للشركة حسب التعليمات.

الشروط:

* يشترط توفر إقامة إماراتية سارية لدى المتقدم.

* تُعد رخصة القيادة الإماراتية السارية ميزة إضافية.

* خبرة سابقة في أعمال النظافة.

* معرفة أساسية بالسباكة والصيانة العامة.

* الأمانة والالتزام بالمواعيد والمسؤولية في التعامل مع الأموال.

* حسن التعامل مع المستأجرين بأسلوب مهني ومحترم.
