Cleanroom Production Supervisor

About the role

Plan and coordinate production schedules based on released production orders and shipment requirements. Manage production materials, consumables, and equipment in the cleanroom area. Oversee daily cleanroom operations to ensure smooth production activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on released production orders and shipment requirements
• Attend and participate in daily production and SAP meetings
• Manage production materials, consumables, and equipment in the cleanroom area
• Oversee daily cleanroom operations to ensure smooth production activities
• Perform lens color removal and color consistency checks
• Ensure operators comply with established SOPs and work instructions
• Monitor production performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Train and guide new employees
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvements
• Report production issues to Management and coordinate corrective actions

About you

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing or production
• Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in English
• Willing to work in shifts
• Able to join as soon as possible
