Cleanroom Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dependable Cleanroom Services Supervisor to lead daily operations within controlled environments, ensuring adherence to customer procedures, GMP standards, and quality requirements.

• Lead, train, and supervise Cleanroom Cleaners, managing scheduling, performance feedback, and skill development.
• Coordinate and oversee cleaning activities to meet customer expectations and scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, contamination control, and documentation standards, including proper gowning and controlled-environment behaviors.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to maintain team readiness and quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned locations, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Reinforce GMP practices, contamination-control, and a culture of quality and accountability.
• Escalate issues, participate in investigations, and support corrective actions related to contamination control.

Qualifications Include

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 2–4 years of GMP, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in controlled environments and wear PPE as required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
