What they need
Salary: Up to RM2,800 basic + RM300 fixed transport allowance
Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Working Days: Monday–Friday
Shifts: Rotating shifts — Morning, Afternoon & Night
- Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Noon: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components for semiconductor equipment
- Interpret and work according to engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions
- Carry out wiring, fitting, alignment, and basic calibration using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Inspect completed assemblies and report any material or assembly-related issues
- Maintain accurate production records using ORACLE and shopfloor systems
- Adhere to ESD, cleanroom, workplace safety, and company procedures
- Participate in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and other continuous improvement or production activities
Requirements
- Able to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
- Familiar with hand tools, torque tools, and basic measuring equipment
- Knowledge of cleanroom and ESD practices will be an advantage
- Comfortable working rotating shifts
