Cleanroom Validation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.

• Cleanroom qualification and validation activities.

• Perform HVAC validation tests such as Air Velocity, ACPH, Differential Pressure, Temperature & RH Mapping, HEPA Filter Integrity (PAO/DOP), Smoke Study, Recovery Test, and Particle Count Test.

• Perform Compressed Air Validation Tests.

• Prepare validation protocols, reports, and documentation.

• Follow GMP and pharmaceutical industry requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and site teams during project execution.

(Training will be provided for validation activities as per company requirements.)

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

• Willingness to travel across Pune for site work.

• Good communication and learning attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
