Clearance Supervisor

Key Activities / Accountabilities

• Knowledgeable in DTP Systems, MCDS and MYSID
• Monitor and update the Hinging Form
• Manage and supervise staff effectively
• Ensure clearance documents are accurate and processed on time
• Follow up on pending shipments and resolve clearance issues
• Coordinate with Customs, customers and internal teams
• Perform other duties related to clearance operations

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Two (2) years related working experience in a logistics environment
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Malay required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
