Clearance Support Agent (Support) - Short-term Contract

• Working hours:

7:15 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon – Sat (Saturday: half day)

• Location: 6 Thang Long, Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City

1. Job Overview The Clearance Support Agent – Support acts as a key point of contact between the Clearance team and customers, supporting the smooth and timely customs clearance of international shipments.

The role is responsible for assisting customers with clearance-related enquiries, following up on long-pending import shipments, maintaining accurate customer information, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve clearance issues.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare relevant clearance documents together with Arrival Notices and send them to customers for import shipments.
• Contact customers regarding long-pending import shipments and follow up on required information or actions.
• Receive and handle inbound calls from customers through the clearance hotline, providing timely support on clearance-related enquiries.
• Coordinate with Clearance teams and other internal functions to identify and resolve customs clearance issues.
• Maintain customer instructions and general customer information in internal databases, ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date.

3. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, background in Logistics, Supply Chain is a plus.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customs clearance environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good customer communication skills via phone and email.
• Accountable, service-oriented and able to maintain effective performance in urgent or high-pressure situations.
