Cleared ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have strong technical development skills, experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Build and maintain client scripts, script includes, UI actions, and Flow Designer automations.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Configure and enhance ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimise platform performance.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing, deployments, and Agile sprint activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain platform security, performance, and scalability.
• Produce technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams where required.

Essential Requirements

• Active Secret clearance at minimum.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• At least three ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• CompTIA Security+ CE, or an equivalent or higher qualification.
