About the Role

Sigma Solve is looking for an experienced Cleo Integration Administrator / Cleo Expert to support an existing Cleo environment for a logistics client. The client currently uses Cleo for file hosting, file transfer, routing, and integration workflows and requires an experienced resource to assist with ongoing administration, security updates, troubleshooting, and environment maintenance.

This is primarily an administration and support role, not a software development position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the client's existing Cleo environment.
• Apply and validate Cleo security patches, updates, and fixes.
• Review the existing Cleo configuration and identify potential security or operational issues.
• Support Cleo file hosting, file transfer, routing, and integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot failed file transfers, routing issues, connectivity problems, and integration errors.
• Monitor and validate integrations after patches or configuration changes.
• Assist with Cleo upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
• Review logs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Coordinate with the client's IT and integration teams when issues require additional investigation.
• Document changes, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Provide recommendations for improving the security, stability, and reliability of the Cleo environment.
• Support testing and validation before and after production changes.
• Work within established change-management and security procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Cleo integration/file transfer solutions.
• Strong experience with Cleo environments used for file hosting, routing, and managed file transfer (MFT).
• Experience applying Cleo security patches and product updates.
• Experience troubleshooting Cleo production environments.
• Understanding of file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTP/FTPS, AS2, and HTTPS.
• Experience reviewing application/system logs and troubleshooting integration failures.
• Familiarity with security vulnerabilities, patch management, and remediation processes.
• Ability to work independently in an existing production environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Cleo solutions in a logistics, transportation, supply chain, or EDI environment.
• Experience with EDI integrations and common transaction types.
• Experience with Cleo Harmony, Cleo Clarify, Cleo VLTrader, or other Cleo products.
• Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
• Experience working with APIs and integration platforms.
• Experience supporting production environments with multiple trading partners or external systems.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has hands-on, production-level Cleo experience and can quickly understand an existing environment, assess the current configuration, apply required security patches, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing technical support.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with limited supervision and communicating directly with technical stakeholders.

Contract engagement with potential for ongoing support based on project requirements.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
