Descriptions

Responsibilities :

• To provide general administrative support to the Association office
• To handle phone-in and walk-in enquiries and provide counter services
• To keep inventory and prepares supplies and to maintain office equipment and facilities
• To perform outdoor duties such as mailing and bank in service
• To be on duty for Festivals events held occasionally during holidays
• To provide support to ad hoc duties as required

Requirements :

• Have Level 2 or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or have Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or Grade E in the HKCEE, or equivalent
• At least 2 years' work experience in providing administrative and logistics support
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Chinese word processing speed of 10 words per minute and English word processing speed of 25 words per minute
• Able to communicate in English and Cantonese; knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, and a good team player

Salary Scale :
HK$14,570 - HK$18,675 (Master Pay Scale Point 0 to 4).

Terms of Appointment :
A new recruit will be appointed on a one-year probation terms. Upon passage of the probation bar, he/she may be considered for further appointment.
