Description

Consider becoming a clerical substitute for our school district. Your hours can be flexible between 7:30-4:00PM as well as opportunity to sub at the elementary and/or secondary level. You can indicate the school buildings you would like to sub in and we will add your name to our list. From here, our building secretaries will give you a call when there is a sub opportunity. You will have the option to accept or decline, depending on your availability.

Please complete the standard WECAN application. Please contact the Human Resources Office if you need assistance with your WECAN application. After this time, our Human Resources Specialist will contact you.

Below are some clerical duties that you may encounter while subbing:

• Basic clerical skills, office procedures and operation of common office equipment.
• Answer phone
• Greet staff, students and visitors
• Maintain confidentiality
