Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filling documentation, preparation of correspondence letter, provide administrative support to the company.
• To ensure accuracy in data entry.
• Handling incoming phone call and visitors.
• Assist in claims calculations.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with invoice processing.
• Additional tasks assigned by employer and management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum PMR / Secondary School or above.
• Required Skill: Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Gmail, social media message.
• Excellent in handling details & good patience in work.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in SQL accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
• Good communication skill.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Own transport required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Malay.

• Mon - Fri (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Saturday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
