About the role

Process customer orders via phone, chat, and email, including system data entry and invoicing. Coordinate delivery routes with the company's logistics team and outsourced partners to ensure timely deliveries. Arrange freezers for customers (restaurants, supermarkets, events) through freezer contractors. Liaise with the warehouse for freezer returns, exchanges, and urgent restocks. Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and products. Perform daily administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and assisting in the preparation of monthly logistics and sales reports.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, chat, and email, including system data entry and invoicing

About you

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and capable of Chinese typing
• Responsible, detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Form 5 / DSE secondary education or above
• Minimum 2 year or above of experience in order follow-up, logistics coordination, or delivery scheduling within the food industry preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
