About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented & efficient Clerk to join our team at Hai Kwang Furniture Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying & document management
• Preparing customer quotations, invoices, data entry, stocks, etc
• Handle incoming & outgoing customers inquiries, including WhatsApp, Emails & Telephone inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the management team as required

About you

• Strong communication & written skills in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word
• Ability to multitask & prioritize tasks effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role
