Job Responsibilities

• Key in customer orders and related information into the company system.
• Follow up production status and delivery schedule to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Follow up outstanding documents and invoices when required.
• Maintain proper filing of customer orders, sales documents, DOs and invoices.
• Prepare basic sales and order reports when required.
• Support the Customer Service team in daily administrative and customer service activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Invoicing or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Experience in handling PO, SO, DO and invoice is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with good document and data accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
