Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute various reports and assignments for clients.
• Address client inquiries promptly via email and phone.
• Provide clerical and administrative support.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above;
• Fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Proficiency in PC operation including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Responsible, with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Cantonese and conversational Putonghua);
• Hard-working, willing to learn, polite, detail-minded, and well organized.
