Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Liquor Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and ensure the store remains well-stocked and organized. This part-time position offers flexible hours primarily in the evenings, including weekends and one Sunday every six weeks, with a typical shift starting around 4 or 5 pm and ending at 9 pm. The role is perfect for individuals looking for approximately 20 hours per week.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding items throughout the store.
• Carry out customer orders to their vehicles, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain shelves and coolers by filling and organizing products regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
• Support store operations during evening shifts, typically from late afternoon until closing time at 9 pm.
• Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and ensuring the store remains clean and orderly.
• Work flexible weekend hours, including one Sunday every six weeks, as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a friendly attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks such as lifting boxes and carrying orders to vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and one Sunday every six weeks.
