About the role

Thai Advocates is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. Fresh graduates as well as candidates with experience are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided. This full-time position is responsible for providing high-quality legal services in property law, with a focus on conveyancing matters.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and drafting legal documents for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, transfer documents, and other conveyancing-related paperwork

Conducting property searches and due diligence to verify the accuracy and validity of property information

Liaising with clients, property agents, and other relevant parties to coordinate the conveyancing process

Maintaining detailed records and files for all ongoing conveyancing matters

Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Exceptional client service orientation and communication skills

Proficient in Mandarin and English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
