Eligibility : 12th or Any Graduate.

Salary: For fresher between the 13k- 15k and for experience candidates its depends upon the interview.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & File Management

• Preparation, typing, and formatting of EIA/EMP Reports.

• Maintaining proper filing system for all projects (hard copy + soft copy).

• Keeping record of NABET, MoEF, SEIAA correspondences.

2. PARIVESH Portal & Online Work

• Assisting SEOC team in uploading documents, DSR, PPT on PARIVESH Portal.

• Checking Form-1, PFR, compliance status on portal.

• Keeping track of EC Agenda dates and submission deadlines.

3. Data & Report Assistance

• Assisting Technical Experts in preparing tables, graphs, annexures.

• Photocopy, scanning, binding of final reports.

4. Office Coordination

• Handling incoming/outgoing letters, emails, and courier.

5. Compliance & Support

• Ensuring timely availability of stationery, lab reports, and documents for Experts.

• Assisting Accounts/Admin team in bill processing, field visit arrangements.

• Maintaining confidentiality of all project data and client information.
