Clerk II (Warehouse / Invoice Processing)

Salary: HK$20,381 – HK$26,243

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving, counting and maintain accurate records in the system
• Prepare received goods for delivery to various departments
• Assist in coordinating departmental collections
• Support cross-functional coordination within the department and between Warehouse and Invoice Processing teams
• Handle invoice processing duties, including data input, document checking, filing and maintaining accurate records
• Assist in following up invoice discrepancies and payment-related matters with relevant parties
• Perform other duties as assigned
• The successful candidate may be deployed to the Warehouse Team, Invoice Processing Team, or both, according to operational needs

Requirements

• 5 subjects of Level 2 / Attained / Grade E or above in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language or Form 5 with 5 Passes or above in HKCEE including English Language and Chinese Language
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience; experience in warehouse operations, invoice processing, accounting/clerical work or inventory control is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Detail-oriented, accurate and responsible in handling records and documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel and English & Chinese Word Processing
• Able to perform duties in either warehouse or invoice processing functions as assigned
